A half-day workshop after which your team actually understands AI: what it is good at, where it gets things wrong, and how to use it responsibly in their own work. It also covers the AI literacy the EU AI Act asks of every company that uses AI.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act expects every organisation that uses AI to make sure the people working with it understand it well enough (Article 4). That is a fair expectation, and a certificate on the wall doesn't meet it. People meet it, once they have tried the tools on their own work and talked about where they fall short.
How it works
We agree the group and the focus on a short call. The half day itself is hands-on: how the tools work, what they get wrong, what not to put into them, and a few real tasks from the team's own work. Questions are welcome, the sceptical ones included.
What you get
- A team that uses AI tools sensibly in their daily work, and knows where to stop
- Shared rules of thumb for data, accuracy and responsibility
- A short written record of the session for your AI Act documentation
