Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract with Exaptation GmbH within fourteen days of concluding it, without giving any reason. Our cancellation policy (Widerrufsbelehrung) with the model withdrawal form is published in German.
To withdraw, use the online withdrawal function in the customer portal ("Withdraw from contract", then "Confirm withdrawal"), or send a clear statement by post to Exaptation GmbH, Osterbrooksweg 35–41, 22869 Schenefeld, Germany. Sending it before the fourteen days are up is enough.
